These terms apply to aceorganix.com, operated by Ace Organix LLC. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders and pricing
We set all prices and may change them at any time. Prices are in US dollars. We may cancel or limit any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that exceed available stock. If we cancel your order we refund it in full.

Payment
Payment is processed at checkout. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Products
Product photos and descriptions are provided in good faith. Ingredient and allergen information is printed on each package. Review the package before consuming. Email support@aceorganix.com with ingredient questions before you order.

Shipping and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

Fundraiser campaigns
Fundraiser campaigns run under a separate agreement with the sponsoring organization. Purchases made through a campaign are purchases of product, not donations, and are not tax deductible.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, resell our products without a wholesale agreement, or represent yourself as an agent of Ace Organix.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
California law governs these terms. Disputes are handled in San Bernardino County, California.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
