Our Story
Ace Organix was founded in 2023 with a mission to build an ingredient-conscious brand people can trust. We started with a CBD topical made from all-natural ingredients, designed for healing and restoration — a product that reflected everything we believed a wellness brand should stand for.
Over time, a passion for great beef jerky sparked a new direction. After six months of testing recipes, experimenting with flavors, and refining our cooking methods, we were ready to take things further. In June 2025, we officially launched our USDA-approved Premium Brisket Jerky line — crafted with high-quality ingredients and bold, carefully selected flavors made to deliver something for everyone.
In just a short time, Ace Organix jerky is now stocked in 100+ retail locations across Southern California — and we're just getting started.
